Todd Rochleau
Founder & CEO
Todd has a long background in IT after being formally trained in the field. He has worked in public and private sectors in large, medium and small organizations and has extensive knowledge of educational, service and real estate industries. Todd founded STR with his first client in 2006. Todd loves a challenge and focuses his time on solving complex IT problems for our clients or finding new ways to improve the customer experience with STR. In his free time Todd can be found tinkering with Claude Code, watching his children crush it on the court, or enjoying a quiet evening with his wife.

Alex Levinson
Chief Revenue Officer
Alex has a background in business being a principal at the same firm for 25 years. He has travelled over 2 decades to Asia and has experience in medium to large organizations. He has extensive knowledge of manufacturing, international business and wholesale industries. Alex loves networking and devotes a lot of time to meeting people and developing relationships. In his free time Alex can be found on Tablerock Lake, visiting one of his kids in college, riding a motorcycle on a twisty road or having a meal with his wife.

I'm someone who enjoys staying active at the gym, keeping up with a steady routine. Outside of workouts, I pour my creativity into painting miniatures, and playing games. My best friend is my dog Pixel, my loyal sidekick, and I've been with STR since 2016, balancing my passions with dedication.

John's path to Director of Business Development is anything but conventional — after years as a professional musician touring the country, he traded the stage for the world of IT, starting at the entry level and working his way up through the ranks to where he sits today. That journey gives him a unique perspective on both the technical and human sides of the business, which he brings to every client relationship he builds. When he's not doing that, you can find him enjoying music, movies, video games, and lifting weights — which, combined with his famously smooth head, makes him the undisputed best-looking bald guy at STR. He will be the first to tell you this, and also the first to tell you how humble he is about it.

I have been with STR Technologies since 2022. I love boardgames, volunteering at my local church, and spending time with my wife and 4 kids. I enjoy playing my Gibson Les Paul, as well as my Ibanez Baritone acoustic guitar, with my Vox deluxe looping pedal! Favorite Videogame: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic. Favorite Boardgame: Call to Adventure. Favorite Party Game: Mafia/Captain Sonar. Favorite Author: C.S. Lewis.

Hey there! I became a STR Technologies team member in 2024. I'm your go-to tech guru with 14 years of experience in the IT realm. Believe it or not, my journey started in the great outdoors of maintenance and grounds before I was whisked away to the world of bytes and circuits. When I'm not wrangling tech issues, you'll find me immersed in epic video game adventures, tinkering away on my amateur radio, or whipping up a feast at the barbecue for my wonderful family.

I have 28 years' experience in the IT industry. After graduation I joined the United States Navy, where I served for 13 years. My family and I have lived in Union for the last 20 years. I have been with STR Technologies since 2022. I spend time coaching football, basketball and weightlifting for Special Olympics. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family, especially my grandkids.

Connor here. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where my role was an avionics technician. I have been with STR Technologies since 2024. Prior to my 5 years of IT experience, I worked in aviation and manufacturing. I love all mechanical things, especially things that fly. When I'm not supporting clients through alignment or installations, you can find me at home cooking, working on my home server lab, or spending quality time at home or visiting state parks with my beautiful wife and two young kids.

I'm Dillan and I'm new to the exciting world of IT! I graduated four years ago with a two-year degree in computer science and I'm eager to learn more. I became a team member at STR Technologies in 2024. I find extreme joy in serving clients and absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with friends, family, my partner and our cats. Aside from that, I have a huge passion for trading card games, often attending both small and large scale tournaments with friends. I'm also an expert at talking your ear off about video games or movies.

Hello!! I am incredibly excited to have been welcomed to the STR Team in 2025. While IT is a new field for me, I bring nearly 40 years of Accounting and Client Services to the mix. I have a passion for dotting i's and crossing t's and love to find a bargain, all traits I believe will benefit our clients! When I am not working I love spending time hunting and fishing with my Husband, visiting with our Children and spending as much time with our 10 Grandchildren as possible. I enjoy cooking, baking, canning (ask me about PawPaw Butter) and consider myself a voracious reader, when I can find time. 'Life is too short, enjoy every day to the fullest!'
