We are a Boutique IT Service Provider with deep relationships with our clients. Much like your favorite pair of sneakers, we don’t fit everyone and everyone does not fit us. We have a proven process and are continually upping our game.
My sister’s nephew twice removed is learning IT and he is taking care of my business on the side. Why would we change to you?
If he is meeting your needs you should stay with him. When he becomes a professional gamer or when the headaches become too big and you are ready for something more professional call us.
How long is your contract period?
We don’t have one. We believe it’s our job to prove our worth to you each month so you can fire us at any time. No Tricks, No Big Legal Contracts, just IT made invisible.
How do you charge?
It’s a short, simple process that usually takes 5 -10 minutes on the phone or in person to get a price.
My friend’s business just got hit with a virus. His wife is divorcing him and he’s now broke. Can you help me avoid that?
Yes, we are very good at Cyber Security. Any IT company with our tenure has dealt with virus issues. We have a proven framework and continually evaluate how to best protect our clients. Are you expensive?
Most prospective clients are surprised at how much value they get for what they pay us. Our proven system, methods, and procedures are top notch and we pride ourselves and being excellent at what we do. Bottom line we are not expensive.
Does your team receive regular training?
Our team is continually working to better themselves both professionally and personally. Knowledge is a journey not a destination. We will never fully get there.
My IT person is really good at email management but needs help with backup and antivirus. Is there an option to only use some of your services?
Sure, give us a call and we will talk about what he/she is good at and how we can help. Most internal IT people are good at some things and you probably don’t need us in that area…. But it takes a team to be good at everything which is where STR comes in.
My current IT company has 30 people and I never talk to the same person twice. No one ever knows what is going on. How are you different?

Most of our clients have 20 computer users and up but in some special cases we can help. We also can refer you to other trusted IT companies who might be a better fit for your needs. Contact us and let’s chat.
My organization has 100’s of computers. Are we too big for you?
Definitely Not! We have other large companies we service and can handle all of your IT or work with your internal IT department in various capacities. We like companies that have internal IT and collaborate well together to determine how to best meet the needs of the firm.
What kind of companies are not a good fit for you?
